I believe so, I've had no problem installing any Windows XP on mostly all Dell models so to speak(It's like 1/10 of every Dell Computer that was either self built or the Motherboard was changed).

As long as it isn't older than 2007 you should be good.

I've had mass problems with Compaq's as far as the older Evo's.

The drivers get automatically wiped like for say the Integrated Ethernet Driver that's connected to the the Motherboard, that gets wiped and so you'd have to re-install the drivers or use an Ethernet Card. Worst of all is the graphics Driver that you'd need to replace but without no Internet your screwed basically XD

Though if you have a laptop it'll be a peace of cake to install the Drivers.
