1-TURN OFF YOUR INTERNET DURING INSTALL
2- Download and extract the files = 5.5GB ISO Image
3- Mount ISO Image on your virtual drive and install.
4- Download the Key Gen and enter the cd keys during install
5- Download crack and install in game directory,
Replace your TS3.exe with the cracked TS3.exe located at:

How to Update and Install the latest game patches and cracks............
You must have The Sims 3 installed first.
Make note of your game version for Sims 3-see screen shot below
for the Collector's Edition 1.0.631.00001, Razor is 1.0.631.00002

If you have Razor download go to 1. If you have Collector's Edition
do the following:

Go to this page

Go to your main Sims 3 folder (game/bin)and
open skuversion file and see what regional version do you have, for example I had
00002 at the end.
Appropriate to what you seen in skuversion folder, download current game patch.
Run the patch, if it says something about wrong region go to regedit (registry
edit)

1. Make sure you have installed The Sims3. Update to current patch that matches
the posted crack file.
2. If you have the World Adventures Pack installed, update to current patch that
matches the posted crack file.
3. If you have the High End Loft Stuff installed, update to current patch that
matches the posted crack file.
Example: If crack is version 5.0, you patch to game version 5.0 (example)
4. Apply the (1) Sims 3 crack, (2) World Adventures crack, (3) High End Loft
Stuff (4) Ambitions crack.
5. TIME TO PLAY!
