This was tested by me yesterday, and it is clear that to live players as they walk up to China, but also quite interesting
Installation:
1) The contents of the archive CODBO_offline_bots.rar deploy in the game folder, replacing
2) Run BlackOpsMP.exe, we wait until the write to that server is not available and the menu appears
3) Call the console (~ key) and take turns writing the two teams, the first indicates the network mode, and the second card itself

Create a game in the "Arsenal" on a map mp_cosmodrome
Basic settings (change the file config_mp.cfg to run the game)

ps after the first run BlackOpsMP, when it is already installed all the graphics options and recommend the game to put on config_mp.cfg attribute is read-only, so that the game could not overwrite the config and remove unknown commands (which are needed for bots):)
pss this method will theoretically work on any license / repake, checked in Russian license (the one in the hat) and the English release from SKIDROW.
